Introduction All organizations crave for individuals who can perform in the functions they are expected to do within the organization . The need for performers is the drive behind the search for best possible human resources that an organization can manage to lay its hands on . Once the best persons to undertake given functions are identified and recruited then the issue of maintaining these best persons within the organization takes precedence .
