The article pointed on the issue of genetic testing as a problem regarding employment . It summarized the arguments that concerned both parties - the applicant and the employer . The applicants are worried that the result of their genetic testing may lead to discrimination against them when they apply for work . They may not be able to get

the position they wanted if their tests showed that they got health problems that may impede their work later on . The employer , however , would want to see who could give the best performance among the applicants .
