Quid pro qua sexual harassment is an offence that occurs when an employee gets promotion or keeps his /her job depending on whether the employee agreed or rejected sexual advances that could have been brought forward or any other types of sexual practices that may include touching , comments sexual intercourse . If the employer or a manager comments to the employee on anything related to sex , example , if the manager tells an employee to dress in certain kind of dressing would make her look sexier , would be promoted . This is what is referred to as quid pro quo sexual harassment
