Learning play a tremendous role in motivation when an individual desire and willing to do something . A motivated person strives for a long-term goal such as becoming a professional HR Manger or for a short-term goal like learn how to respond a particular situation

In other sense , motivation is of peculiar interest to educational psychologists because of the essential role it plays in student learning

Motivation in education may have different impacts on how one student learns and shows his or her behavior towards a particular subject matter . In this regard , it can be , direct behavior toward complex goals leads to increased attempt and energy , increase start of , and perseverance in , activities , Increase cognitive processing , opt what consequences are reinforcing , and lead to better performance . To take this example one can easily understand the importance of learning in motivation , as discussed above students are not always internally motivated they frequently need located motivation , which is determined in environmental conditions that the counselor or teacher creates

Improve Happiness

When one desires something and gets it , the later feeling of satisfaction reinforces and enhances the strength of that particular desire when it returns . On the other hand , during motivation process learning inveterate unsatisfied wants and may decrease the strength of motivation . Merely , people need a sense of motivation while learning , a selfless purposes to live a hopeful life for our immune system to function ly . Interestingly , not many people do belief that human being is genetically created to be happy and have a sense of altruistic purpose . Human beings are part of a selfless society that get pleasure from doing things for the benefit of others and being able to interact with each other in a pleasing way

In this areas of study , in job factors of happiness enhances a person 's abilities and work output . Moreover , happiness gives an individual a room to feel and learn in a better way . For example , a child who works hard and gets good grades is satisfied with his efforts and experiences happiness because of his results . This happiness plays an important role in motivating him to learn more and get good grades again . On the other hand , if a child works hard but does not get good grades , he becomes sad rather than being happy .
