Changes in Immigration law have encouraged people from all over the world to come and live in the United States . Employers are affected by changes in immigration law . People from different cultural backgrounds are now working in the United States . Employers have become more selective when hiring as they have a wide range of people to select from . At

one side , employers are enjoying the skills and capabilities of people from diverse backgrounds and on another side management of people from diverse backgrounds is becoming difficult . Human resource managerial styles need to be changed for organizational success and employee satisfaction .
