The far reaching implication for this is that the cosmetic companies have realized that by developing the skills and competencies of their organizational human resources , they would be the overall success of the companies in a simple way . By use of programs like career development , the cosmetic companies more so House of Beauty Cosmetics would be capable of enhancing the maximum potentials of her employees who are the most valuable of all the organizational resources (University of Cambridge , 2008 . Based on the above realization , a HR associate has proposed that House of Beauty Cosmetics develops a career management program as a way of developing the human resources of the organization . The proposed program is meant to cover newly recruited as well as experienced managers , team leaders , cosmetic employee supervisors as well as the directors . The program would also be implemented to include low level officers as well as the executives among others . This means that the proposed career development program would cut across all the employees of House of Beauty Cosmetics (University of Cambridge , 2008 . Recommendation The CEO of House of Beauty Cosmetics should develop a career management program as way of developing the potential of the employees thus increasing the overall productivity of the company . Justification I recommend this action because career management is one of the most effective ways of developing the human resources of any organization such as House of Beauty Cosmetics . The reason here is that by developing the skills and knowledge of the human resources at House of Beauty Cosmetics the chief executive will be making steps towards achieving higher overall production of the company .
