discovered measures which when applied can contribute towards their
achievement of growth from within the organization . It means therefore
that this internal growth is a good business practice more so for

Based on the above realization , a HR associate has proposed that House
of Beauty Cosmetics develops a career management program as a way of
developing the human resources of the organization . The proposed program
is meant to cover newly recruited as well as experienced managers , team
leaders , cosmetic employee supervisors as well as the directors . The
program would also be implemented to include low level officers as well
as the executives among others . This means that the proposed career
development program would cut across all the employees of House of

Recommendation
The CEO of House of Beauty Cosmetics should develop a career
management program as way of developing the potential of the employees
thus increasing the overall productivity of the company .
