Accreditation audit is a continuous process which seeks to improved the nature of care given to patients and the outcomes through a coordinated approach and systematic review of the structure support in the medical units . Accreditation audit will seek to provide a methodology in which a systematic analysis and review of the competency professionalism and credibility is exercised in the health units . The aim of the audit would be in providing support structures for adequacy in the certification

processes in health practices for their acceptability , which would imply that their competency and test to the use by third parties is not compromised . It comes inform of certification test to ensure that all processes governed by professional certification are done in accordance to the standards of their requirement . The basic aim is to ensure that the safety of the public in use or enjoying these services would be bound in standards of high quality and therefore be not at discretion to face the challenge of negative effects

Due to the fragility of health issues , accreditation audit is highly important . However in my audit , its effectiveness was highly rational This was from the basic parameters that were captured by the accreditation process . At one point , its aim was to provide standards of quality in the medical care systems which should compound the various procedures taken at the diagnosing process , the treatment , nature and the diversity of resource use in the health systems , above the relevance of the variable of patient 's life quality . The evidence of audit effectiveness is highly provided . The results of the audit showed high rationality in the use of basic professional standards in dealing with the general human life . High standards are discretional benchmarks that dictate the threshold in the live of the people under medical authorities . The perception of the audit process had a divergence in the perception between different parties in the health units . However to the greater extend , this is seen as an important aspect in the medical professionals . Many of the health professionals admit of their liability for high medical standards provision to the patients . They generally appreciate the accreditation audit process as an initiative that supports standards for their professionalism . To many of the patients interviewed , this is a benchmark in support of high competency and exercise of skills that does not compromise the purpose of the fragile human life . This is what perhaps brings the affiliate sense of appreciation for one another between the patients and the health officers .
