We are presenting a growth and progression of the abuse of power by presidents and their governments in the foreign policy as we want to outline a gradual progression , as it differs much from the one in domestic policy of the country

John Kennedy (1961 - 1963 . Johnson was standing at power because he got the sanctions to wage the war against Vietnam , thus he did not use them , calling himself a peace-loving president .
