Heaven Where is it and how do we get there
Shirley Bongbong Instructor Religion December 13 , 2007 Heaven : Where is it and how do we get there Barbara Walters revealed that the recent ABC news poll showed that 9 out of 10 people in the United States believe that heaven do exist (n .p . Disbelief is primarily because of the common concept to see is to believe like how science would explain a theory with evidence Believing in heaven expresses our belief in the existence of God . And if we talk about belief in God 's existence we talk about faith

. What do we mean by faith then ? Faith is the certainty of things we hoped for and for things that we do not see . We hope to share his glory someday by living out our lives here on earth in constant fellowship with God . This would mean a response of complete submission of one 's intellect and free will to do and accept what he wills for us
Heaven belongs to the supernatural dimension that is very difficult to describe in the absence of its physical state because it is unseen and man has no recollection of it . The human concept of heaven can be defined only when we associate it with our knowledge on the fruits of good and evil . Heaven is man 's goal measured by his good heart 's deeds here on earth . It is the dwelling place of God with his angels and the souls of the just . As God subsists before creation with direct reference to infinity , it occurs then that heaven is a dimensionless point outside space beyond time
The measure of space and time in scientific reality declares that there can be no space without objects and there can be no time disregarding the motion of such objects . This tradition is the pure transmission of reality kept alive by faith from generation to generation . The concept of heaven opens up in the cosmos down to the deepest self of the human character
The road to the path of holiness and living a just man 's life is the key to the doors of heaven . Living a good life , a just man 's life is directly associated with the individual 's belief , philosophy , and spirituality bringing us back to faith . Faith is essential to leading a good man 's life . Faith is the portal...
