There are three main differences between public helath and individual health with regards mode of operation , targeted party and effect Firstly , public health focuses highly on preventing a disease and promoting health , individual health or personalized healthcare focuses on interventions such as diagnosing the diseases and treating the same Secondly , public helath focuses on the entire population and would have interventions made for the entire population .
