The creation of organizations is an important medium for individuals to pursue their similar or related intentions and provide better avenues of service and facilitation to target audiences . It is an instrument that can cater cooperation and involvement among individuals as each one tries to work to attain the organization 's various objectives . Due to this , every organization has their individual values and principles that serve as a guide toward the attainment

of its goals

In addition , a specific organization works under a particular culture determined by specific values and mission it advocates . In the end , for an organization to be successful and adaptive , it must foster improved and efficient ways in which objectives are attained . Only by efficient communication , monitoring , efficiency and sustenance can the organization succeed

of the Organization

The particular institution that I am describing involves itself in the realm of human service particularly towards creating opportunities for abused children . It does not only seek to provide the needs of victims but at the same time provide improvements in their lives . In addition this Human Service organization caters to increasing awareness campaigns and lobbying to provide better opportunities for abused children while at the same time prosecuting parents and individuals . Hence , the organizations shall be called : Saving the Abused and Violated Child (SAVC

Seeing this , the Human Service organization that will be conceptualized must follow the necessary patterns to make it distinct on other types It should be a profession that caters to the needs of society and at the same time achieving goals that are tantamount to change . The Human Services profession is one which promotes improved service delivery systems by addressing not only the quality of direct services , but by also seeking to improve accessibility , accountability , and coordination among professionals and agencies in service delivery (National Organization for Human Services , 2008 ,

The formulation of a mission statement is important in every organization because it justifies its existence and gives the appropriate direction toward achieving its goals (Creighton University 2008 . Our purpose is to bridge the development of the child in the aftermath of the abuse or incident increase awareness within the community , and devise initiatives for change
