The goods and services which the health and human services agencies should be able to provide a good quality health care . This means that their services are affordable or low-cost and should provide help in covering insurance costs . More importantly , there should be patient-practitioner interaction and great satisfaction over amenities of care . In addition to this , providing a good quality health care

br requires excellent methods of benefit delivery from the health care agencies

Medicare sees to it that their customer service is of top priority . They provide the services in a wide range of methods . This is to maximize the customers ' access to their services . They use a national computing and communications infrastructure ' as support in delivering their method of benefit delivery (Medicare : Service Delivery , 2008 . This method allows the system to be well-equipped with any conditions or cases of receiving or delivering benefits . It also improves the efficiency and speed of the delivery . Medicaid on the other hand , uses a method of giving its customers or recipients the freedom to choose the method of benefit delivery (Medicaid Benefits , 2000 . This provides a customer-friendly or user-friendly environment for receiving delivery in the side of the patients or customers . Veterans Health Administration on the other hand uses innovative integration of health service research by improving its routine care setting and enhancing its current facilities . Through this method , the range or number benefits that they deliver would increase Indian Health Services , however , uses its budget to increase the number of its employees as improving their method of benefit delivery . Just like in the previous agency , the number benefit delivery is increased through use of manpower

I agree with how the goods are delivered people , process and property are improved in their methods . If I were in charge , I would combine all their methods and include a series of trainings , seminars , joint meetings or discussions and team-building in to create more plans of integrating these things and applying them with better efficiency This would further improve the worker 's morale to maintain the building 's condition and learn new technologies applicable in benefit delivery could achieve its full potential or greatest efficiency
