The position management I would be talking about would be about the human resource manager of an organization . The responsibilities and the duties of the manager have to be defined . A manager of a healthcare organization would be concerned about monitoring and supervising of the staff members who work in the organization . An effective position manger would ensure that the employees are successfully guided into fulfilling the objectives of the organization . Mission of a Position manager :-
Ensuring that the basic structure and the function of the staff and human resource processes help to fulfill the objectives of the organization
The staff should be selected and appointed as per the prescribed qualifications and training
Having quality control processes and activities in place
Avoiding having vacant staff positions , high human resource turnover , or any activities that are not beneficial to the organization

The job analysis is the job for a particular category of staff . A job analysis helps to assign and distribute tasks in an organization . It improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization , as it would help the organization to fulfill the objectives in the given period of time .
