In addition , the measure for an effective communication model is to demonstrate a place that is welcoming for managers and employees to request training or clarification of company policies (Ewert and Baker , 2005
Therefore , the commitment of the Human Resources Director purpose is to instill an exceptional communication model that provides well informed information to employees . Moreover , the strategic purpose is to have a human resources department capable as a buffer to not negatively expose the company to a lawsuit .
