Hence , it is important to gauge as to why this happens . He presents a case of Kennedy regime when great thinkers like Dean Rusk Robert McNamara , Douglas Dillon , Robert Kennedy , etc however , they collectively made a decision of invasion on the Bay of Pigs which led US into a blunder
