At the time of incorporation , Ms . Myers decided to turn the firm into a partnership , allowing Ms . Brooks , a close friend , to share the proprietorship and infuse assets into the company in the form of cash credit and a venue for permanent premises . Currently , the two share the proprietorship of the company at 50 each

Ms . Myers has finished an Associate Degree in Business Administration from New York University and is currently taking up her Bachelor 's in Business Management . She is 32 years old and a single mother with one child . She also has previous work experience as an Office Manager for a non-governmental organization dealing with persons with learning and cognitive disabilities . Ms . Brooks is also 32 years old and a single mother with two children in elementary school . She previously managed the operations of her ex-husband 's flooring business before sharing the company with Ms . Myers . Both owners are ? Native-American and Caucasian

Currently Ms . Myers and Ms . Brooks comprise the Events Organizing team and lead the Catering Team . They subcontract workers , helpers and other companies on a project basis for manpower and other event needs such as venue design and printing
