Good Traits

Listening is an important part of communication it shows the solitude with which the listener appreciates the information being made available . It is indeed not an easy part of the deal of interaction but it is inevitable for good human relations . Usually , people go to those that listen to them rather than those that are critical of their actions . When the soul of a man is troubled , he usually sorts after listening ears that can hear the story line upon line , show connection during the talk as a sign of understanding and empathy

as a sign of emotional intelligence

These three things are systematic steps useful in understanding others especially when they are distressed and need help . Many of us would correlate that even in our tough times , we appreciate understanding shown in these ways : listening , connection and empathy . The result of such is better human relations build and sustained by trust . Those who are emotionally intelligent usually understand people first fro their perspective towards life and their situation this forms the bedrock for a mature apprehension of the narration n appropriate context

`I am for you , and not against ' I believe in the Golden Rule , don 't you `I want my people to do well , isn 't that love ? Yes , this is the line that runs through all three contests . We need affection , attention and affirmation . We show our affection by being there for people so that they can do well with that support . We show our attention when we leant to them in heir good and bad days . We show our affirmation when they are after a goal and they can hear us shout `we 're here for you , go on to excel . These are the signs of love it produces fruits such as trust and intimacy

Each statement shows an effort towards the heart of the other , for their acceptance in the avalanche of love . In this situation , no one rejects acceptance . You are warm with the person and can trust with the information of your life

In disciplining someone , do it with all sweetness and mildness . When people put all their effort into something that fails , don 't blame them for trying

We have a big lesson here to learn that would make us treat others well It is a difficult thing to correct others , but it is better done with sweetness and love . When one is corrected in love , the reaction would not be intense and acute defense but usually obedience and submission to chose the right path . President Washington was a good believer and he actually derived that from the Holy Scripture that emphasizes correction in love . If there is no love in correction , the defences would be disastrous and may even foster antisocial acts it may cause bitterness and a non-repentant heart .
