An Analysis and Reflection

The documentary of Bill Moyers entitled Is God Green primarily deals with the issue of several evangelists believing that they could also act as environmentalists who are responsible in dealing with taking care of the natural resources that they find around them . However , the whole issue does not only involve environmental issues and religious group but also the political issues as well

Likely , the controlling power behind the said situation is also involving the

different elements that make up the political section of the American Society . Undoubtedly , such issues are used by several politicians for their own advantage in the field of gaining better positions in the national administration . The evangelists under this particular condition are then rather exploited thus using their ideas of saving the environment as a part of their political propaganda

No matter , the documentary still further noted the important role that evangelists play in pursuing the good things and practices that people are supposed to be responsible of when dealing with the natural resources that they find around their surroundings . By saying that God 's creation needs to be protected by the humans as Adam , the first man , has been commissioned by God to take care of his environment . The evangelists believe that being the follower of God is also connected to the need of one being a caretaker of His creations that are found within the environment . This particular truth is what makes them more concerned as to how they are attesting to the need of encouraging all other human beings to follow whatever particular steps they are pursuing to save the environment for better use of the human society . Most often than not even though at times noted as fanatics having a different path of worshipping their God , these evangelists stay dedicated to the mission on earth that they believe they should complete . Certainly , even though controversies arise between their belief and the American politics , the said group of religious affiliation actually notes their outstanding role in protecting humanity from suffering the consequences of their acts against the environment that they are living in
