Generation X, Y, and Z
Individuals born between the years 1967 to 1980 are called Gen X-ers They have similar traits with the Generation Y as they need more feedback compared to the traditionalists and baby boomers . Generation X has been characterized as a "bunch of slackers " by the Veterans and Baby Boomers . One key characteristic that permeates most aspects of an X 'ers life is the search for family .
