The gay and lesbian culture , now a day , in America is spreading extensively . The gay and lesbian culture is a belief , behaviors of the person towards the same sex . The gay person will have attraction towards a male and in the same fashion the lesbian will have an attraction towards the female . These cultures simply denote the matter of attraction and love although toward the same sex

This culture in the initial days , when was not broadened , was being seen as a shameful work . It

was treated as a crime or sin in the society . The persons who had adopted this culture were oppressed by the people and were treated as social evils for the society . There were political movements in the decade of 1960 to make this culture ethical and legal in social perspective . These were the initial steps taken by the people for synchronizing the gay and lesbians in the society

This culture has developed many organizations and laws for protecting and securing the human and civil rights of gays and lesbians in America . The LGBT community is being established in America to protect their rights and watch their social condition . The political parties in the America are now supporting the culture

Oppression of lesbian and gay people is a serious problem therefore we demand liberation . In the 20th century the gay culture is emphasized more than the lesbian culture or any culture in LGBT culture like Bisexual and transgendered people . This is due to the fact that the men being more bold than the women . There were many activities to make this culture social like in June , 1969 there was a movement against the queen by the lesbians and gays This was some of the initial movements in the gay culture history

The gay and the lesbian culture both are enjoying freedom today which was prohibited by the society earlier . Many men and women had committed suicides for being a gay and a lesbian respectively . They were treated as unsocial constituent of the society . It was assumed to be a crime if a person was a gay or a lesbian . The mentality of the people was su .ch that these people must be diminished from the society . These people must be given punishment for the offense of living freely as a gay or lesbian . The gay and lesbians were expelled from their home , family and society . Their friends even hesitate to meet them

This harsh and annoying condition created a frustration and distress among people which were following the LGBT culture . The condition of these people was miserable and this created the feeling of distress in these people which leaded to the movements against the government and other institutions to settle their rights and to make their living style legal and constitutional in America . This leaded to the stress among the government in decade of 1980

These movements leaded for the rights of gays and lesbians created an atmosphere of content for them later in 1990 when the harsh situation from the society was reduced . Initially these people were isolated from the society for their feeling of love with the partner from the same sex . This was because of the fact that many renowned personalities came forward to support these movements extensively . Even many of these were gays and lesbians . This excessive mass support brings the social life of these people on the track

Now a day , the people from these cultures commit their relation very openly in the society . They even don 't hesitate to make marriage with their partners from the same sex . Even the culture of marriage is being prevailed and frequent in the society . The constitution has made the gay and lesbian marriage as legal and social effort . Even these relationships are now being seen as common in the America

The rights of these people are now being secured by the constitution and now these people live a free , organized and peaceful life with no interference from others . The people don 't have any annoying comments on them for following gay or lesbian culture . These people are allowed to adopt the children and can live with them too . There are many websites also today which deliver the information about these cultures and prove that these cultures is not a shameful culture to follow by their information . Thus today the gays and the lesbians have full liberty to live in the society The gay culture in its earlier days was in the higher society people and it was used to be a secret practice . These people were belonged to renowned professions like opera , interior design , and Hollywood etc . But after the Stonewall incident the culture started to become social . There were many articles and books on this culture . Many pop singers and other persons used to follow this custom and in various modern urban areas like New York City , San Francisco , Los Angeles , Chicago etc

The lesbian culture was also spreading like the gay culture The idea of lesbian culture is related with the concept of feminism . The women like the men also started to fight for their rights to have the sex relations with the same sex in decade of 1970 . The situation in comparison with today was worst at that time . But now days , the women are enjoying the same rights as the men . According to the various political parties ' personals , the oppression against the gay and lesbian culture must be condemned . The people from these cultures must enjoy their rights . There are special rules for securing the rights of gay and lesbians by the government of America

The gay and lesbians couple today can go any social events and can go to public places together . The core intend of government of America is to provide security of the freedom and rights for these people , which is now being fulfilled . These people can now enjoy on the beach , can go to the social parties in any city and in any state in America
