Where the globalization has resulted in providing a number of advantages to the organizations such as , free trade or movement of people from one place to another , it has caused the competition to experience a bullish trend in almost all the industries . Organizations are feeling the need to cut down redundant costs so that they can maintain their level of competitiveness against their competitors . This is being done by laying-off employees , divestiture , and adopting state-of-the-art technology and

methods of conducting business Nevertheless , focus is also being made on managing the intellectual capital or workforce of an organization in an effective and efficient manner . The paper would discuss the point `whether the leadership style that suits you and has been adopted by you , would work anywhere ' with the help of some leadership theories and concepts , followed by their examples

When it comes to leading people , there are different leadership styles that can be adopted depending on the type of the personality and as well as the situation . The idea that once you adopt a leadership style that suits you would work anywhere you want , is not appropriate especially in this dynamic environment where uncertainty is higher along with the distinct nature , traits , attitudes , values , and beliefs of people .
