Foucault`s Science of Discipline
I am currently employed as a manager in an industry which specializes in writing . I wish to elaborate my experiences using that I encounter everyday or in situations that my decisions is deemed necessary The practice of spatialization occurs in our workplace when certain standards are given to every writer . Example of this is as to what time they need to start in the office . This means that I also have to abide by these standards to set a good example among my counterparts . In response to challenges in the work environment , I

make sure that every writer feels comfortable in their space to facilitate a better output from them
In the writing business , important . That is why it is also my responsibility to set the required work on a daily and weekly basis to facilitate control over my people 's activities . The amount of workload is then given to each employee in advance to create a better output and prevent the element of cramming
As a manager , I see to it that standards for work are met . That is why it is also my responsibility to create continuous training and exercises so that each employee 's goals will not be disoriented or drift away from the goals of the company . I also continue to remind my employees to be constantly aware of the workload for the week to prevent them from missing any I know that I am in charge of the ' performance in the job but that does not hinder me from encouraging each one of them to voice out possible opinions and suggestions to further improve the process and at the same time make the work of the more effective . In addition to these , I usually give incentives during weekly meetings to deserving workers who exemplified a good performance in output . At the same time I continue to motivate other people who are lagging behind to work harder and possibly help them in their problems...
