This is a preliminary report on the organization of the new day reporting center in Alabama . Mr . Oliver , Governor , State of Alabama has directed us to report to him the preliminary findings about the financing , design , organization and other essential features

of the new plan as early as possible . This report would outline the basic procedure to be followed at our department , seeing as I am a democratic administrator that wishes to seek everyone 's involvement in the issues at hand , and yet play a more active role in the balancing of the managerial elements

Democratic administrators have to balance the needs and special capabilities of their subordinate officers , planners , and managers with a fundamental plan at hand ( Leadership Style Summary . Our department represents a nice blend of authoritarian and laissez-faire administrative practices , which happen to be stark opposites and pretty much extreme ' ends of each other (Oakley Kinmond , 2004 . I am not an authoritarian at the same time I do not allow our work situations to go out of hand because there is no administrator at hand .
