Due to this , the capacity to influence decision making revolves around the organization 's important stakeholders and takes value in its ability to exercise appropriate functions given . Likewise , it can also be argued that the program Mid-Crest provides is that of a diverse one . By tapping into multiple avenues to increase appreciation and talent recognition , this sporting organization was able to create that interacts with the community in different age groups and ethnic backgrounds .
