The present Problem

Dave and Nora are couples , having a thought of living in a small town to enjoy their life . But , Dave is occupying a strategic position in his organization , and hence not in a position to move from his present employer . Nora , understanding that Dave is trying for a new job in the small town , became very happy . But , contrary to

her expectations , Dave has not yet decided to quit his present employer as he is more committed and loyal to his employer . At this juncture , the company management is in dilemma as to what should be done to retain and make Dave and his family happy

The Alternative

As Dave is not influenced by more pay and recognition , the only alternative available to the company to retain Dave and help the company from its likely dangers is that Dave must be given more flexibility in his job so that he can find time to spend with his family and make his wife , Nora happy
