Family violence is a phenomenon that has been there since time immemorial . In most cases women and children have been the most affected where they suffer the wrath of men , who are supposed to protect them . Several movies have come up depicting family violence and in most of these movies the occurrences are almost predictable . Usually , a man abuses the wife either physically , verbally or emotionally . When climax is reached

, the violence is usually extended to the children . When the wife is fed up with the abuse , she ends up killing the husband either out of self defense , revenge or even anger .
