Facts relating to a murder case

Introduction

Someone once quoted 'Murder most foul ' Indeed it is cutting off the life of the innocent or the guilty is 'most foul ' In the case 'Murder in Oxford ' a lot can be gleaned from the careful placement of the body that whomever killed this young woman cared for her . She was carefully wrapped to protect the body . The victim was stabbed primarily in the womb , the possibility of a stalker exists as the victim was seeking a new apartment and the attack appears to have been personal from the evidence gathered

by the photograph . Therefore the primary suspects are : Helen Masters , Mary Bledsoe , Jessica Bledsoe or Carl Yates

Evidence

The primary evidence acquired came from the victim and the autopsy The victim was 'staged . That is she was carefully laid on her back her right hand at her side and her left hand tucked on her chest with her purse placed under her hand . The murderer or murderess took the time to 'freshen up ' the victim 's make-up as indicated by the cosmetic 'hair ' found behind the ear . As well as the amount of make-up still fresh on the victim , there was little time for the make up to have sweated off as in the normal course of the day . Whomever killed Amy carefully placed her where she would be found fairly quickly . The evidence from the autopsy indicated that the murder was personal , which rules out the likelihood of a jealous lover or girlfriend (Helen Masters . He (or she ) would have more likely been more gruesome slashes to the face or more vicious wounds would have been indicative of a lover or a jealous person acting out of rage . In most cases , where passion is found to be a motive , the wounds are sadistic and extremely violent . This is not the case with this particular victim . She was stabbed primarily in the womb , indicating a mother figure , a form of 'from whence you came , so shall you return ' type of statement

Autopsy evidence points to the fact that the person who murdered Amy was someone she knew . The reasoning being Amy did not have many defensive wounds and was likely taken by surprise by her attacker . Amy trusted the person who murdered her , the wounds are close together there is no indication the knife was twisted to create more pain for the victim . Some of the stab wounds are shallow , indicating hesitancy on the part of the murderer . Although the victim was seeking a new apartment and was being pursued by her former boyfriend , Carl Yates from the evidence presented this case does not appear to be a case of stalking , of the evidence heretofore gathered indicates Mr . Yates as a serious suspect
