EXTERNAL ANALYSIS

The issues that Able Corporation consider external to the firm are the ones that would exist even if the firm does not exist . Customers may exist even if the firm does not exist , therefore they should be motivated so that they can always purchase goods from able corporation Good quality products attracts customer to Able corporation . Customers should be given good hospitality in to encourage them to continue purchasing goods from the corporation (Harris , Desimone ,1994

In the competitive analysis , able corporation should identify competitors and

know the goods they offer and how they differ from the able corporation goods in to improve on them . There should be a group of people to do research in the market in to know consumers needs and also to know goods offered by competitors . The corporation should evaluate its performance and create good image and set objectives that it will achieve and identify its strength and weaknesses in to know means of dealing with its weaknesses

There is market analysis where the size of business should be known and it should be large and extensive in to reach all the customers and ensure that they get the goods they require at the right time and within their reach . The projected growth should be known to ensure that the able corporation is heading somewhere and with high growth the profits will also grow at the required rate (De Gruyte , 1990 . There should be set distribution channels to be used in for the produced goods to be availed to customers . The factors that could lead to the success of the corporation should be known for example creating awareness of the existence of the able corporation and the good it manufactures which include lawn mowers , microwaves , and lawn furniture

Environment should be analyzed in to use modern improved technology which leads to high quality products . The machines should be used in together with human labour in to produce quality products The company should be legal and licensed by the government in to start its operations . The corporation should pay tax to the government out of the profits it makes at the end of each trading period

OPPORTUNITIES

Able corporation offers a challenging and supportive work environment and employees are paid competitive salaries which encourage them to work extra hard . There is also high growth in the industry and workers are highly experienced in areas where they are most talented . This helps them to specialize in jobs they can do well even with minimum supervision from managers and the chief executive

Employees ' turnover is low making it desirable to work for especially in the Middle East . There is a comprehensive benefit which include insurance cover for the employees , disability cover for employees with disabilities and employees are paid during their off .
