Focusing question : What are the effects of tobacco smoking

Primary purpose : To explore the effects of smoking and is it really negative as it has been perceived in the media

Does smoking tobacco only yield negative effects

What is the history of the use of tobacco and how did it evolve from the first time it was used , to the addictive , cancer giving thing it is today

The harmful effect of tobacco smoking outweighs any beneficial effect it has on the individual

p How does smoking affect a country in terms of law ? Are there any legal instruments to protect smokers ? How does tobacco smoking affect a country in terms of health care costs and does tobacco provide any type of revenue for the government

Who smokes tobacco more ? Is there a difference between male and female young or old , low income and high income earners

What would influence someone to smoke ? Is it peer pressure ? or does growing up in a household of smokers be enough reason for someone to start smoking

Is there any justification for smoking , or for an individual to continue with the habit despite the wide media coverage on the effect of smoking

While a government may try to put measures in place to further educate the public on the harmful effects of smoking , the revenue it brings is something governments are aware of , and for this reason it will not do everything it can do to stop...
