As mentioned earlier that US Army is a huge organization where it has to manage a group of more than a million soldiers spread around the US and other countries . The challenge is to offer rewards which truly motivate the army personnel to work harder toward the greater cause of their organization . Research Plan

The will derive the necessary information from both the secondary and primary sources . Initial research would be conducted through a review of currently available literature . After the literature review , a survey will be conducted from a sample consisting of both the currently serving and former army personnel . The survey will seek to identify whether the army personnel are happy with reward system and does it enhance the workings of serving personnel .
