There are quite a number of moral issues which are evidenced in this study . Some of them are virtues while others are vices and they need to be avoided . Examples of moral issues in this study include the following :-

1 . Cooperation- Mary 's parents had a good moral issue which portrayed a lot of cooperation between Mary and parents . They showed a lot of concern in Mary 's education and supported her fully till the time she finished her education . They were

caring and gave her all the moral support that she needed to carry through with her education . This virtual enabled Mary to perform well in her academics . She was confronted by her parent 's ability so that she can continue functioning well

2 . Addiction to drugs- Mary 's parents had a serious vice since they were all addicted to alcohol and smoking despite of their great ability and effort in supporting Mary in her education . Mary noticed this vice with her parents and she had great desire to help them overcome the vice . This is one of the moral issues which Mary to have no confidence with her parents since she was later brought serious complication to their health

3 . Tolerance-This is another moral that Mary had since she tolerated the vices of her parent on drug abuse and tried to come up with various ways on how she could help her parents to overcome this vice (Barret 1933 ,

, 78 . Due to her ability to tolerate she understood her parents and related with them well . Mary did everything she could to tolerate her parents but since the problem had turned to be serious addition she wanted to come up with a solution which could help her parents without destroying their reputation

4 . Neglects-Mary 's parent possessed a vice of neglect since they neglected themselves to an extent to being victims of drug addition . Due to self neglect Mary 's parent experienced the side effect of excessive use of alcohol and smoking which had effect on their bodies and it lead to them being under influence of other drugs in for them to sustain their lives

5 . Dishonest-This is another vice that is portrayed in this case study whereby Mary 's parents were dishonest with her when she tried to talk to them on issues concerning their health . Mary 's concern about increased medication of her parents made her to be suspicious that it was due to addition . They failed to be open to Mary when she raised her concern on them on increased medication which they just assured her that it was just normal medication which was legal but not abuse . This made Mary to understand when her mother fell sick since she forgot to take her medication which was a sign of addiction which they hide from her
