Business ethics are the standards of conduct for the individual business individuals This specifically does not pertain to the ethics of the business as a whole , but is more specific for the different individuals that might be interacting with internal and eternal parties in the corporate world The code of conduct that is specifically developed by the business and the corporation pertains to the organization as a whole . This code of conduct and ethical standards are established for all the members of the organization and are used by the management to make decisions as well as for making long term strategies
Ethics in business is essential as an ethically operational business induces other business associates as well as to operate and conduct their business activities in an ethical manner .
