Considering that California is a state with democratic society , a justice , if not fair and rule , would not be considered as justice . As one Filipino columnists-journalists Conrado de Quiros once said that Justice applies to everyone or it applies to no one . Justice is universal , or it is not justice at all

In case of every country and state , there is existing code of ethics Like for the California Code of

Ethics , it applies to all citizens there

The California has been providing an accountant client privilege . It is evidently shown in the Code Section 912 that includes all aspects of privileges . This has been revised for more specific and clearer negotiation in case of any admission of confidential matters such that whatever that has been revealed would be protected and would not be out of the public media

The state of California , in terms of accounting work product , is still f course acceptable . However , there is some sort of critical screening of each output for more integral flow of any accounting work product in the state

Meanwhile , there are several important matters that are included in the Code of Ethics of the California that are all compulsory in compliance or else , it would be considered as violation to the ethical aspect of the state , and thus , a civil liability

One these violations is the violation of impartiality that is included in the Code of Ethics . In tenet one , stated there that should be no bias in terms of treatment in all people in the society such that it all are in fair treatment and respect . If violated , it would be against the Anti-discrimination law or the Universal Human Rights declared by United Nation . This could be considered as civil liability since the violation that has been done could be addressed to the people of the state

Another violation is any act against the sworn confidentiality of any matter . Stated in the confidentiality of any count should be given not unless the court has made a decision or is necessary brought about by any case and situation that the given matter has to be revealed in public . This would also go the same in the General Rule in the Judicial Code of Ethics in California . As stated there that any information from the client and any jurist , the information that has been confessed should be only in between of the arbitrary and the confessionary . Any party should not be able to know any secure account not unless permitted by the confessionary party . This could be a case for the confessionary party , such that any jurist or any lawyer that is liable to this could be sued in violating the right of the party
