Education is indispensable . It is the key to success , improvement and gaining a deeper understanding of the world and all the elements that compose it . Many parents insist that their children finish their education , even if it means bearing many sacrifices for them . Indeed education is important because it is the best edge anyone can have in competing for a career and better future

Basic education is given by

parents . Once a child is born , the parents begin to teach them the fundamental things to survive . They teach their children how to walk , talk , act and the values that they need to exercise in to become better individuals

Aside from parents , there are also other means of learning and this is through personal studies and experiences . Reading books and magazine are also educational because they also teach things about life and the world . Books lets one explore and widen their horizon . Beyond the place where one is existing , there is a wider world which offers more things to explore . Experience is also one way of learning . One cannot really know how the exact feeling of something unless they experience it People learn from their mistakes and triumphs

However , the more comprehensive kind of education is provided by schools and educators . Formal education begins at nursery and progresses from grade school , high school and college . After the tertiary level , there are also some who take their studies further by taking post graduate studies

In the classroom , the teacher takes the driver 's seat as he imparts knowledge to the students . The teacher is the giver and the students are the receivers of the information . However , this is not always the case since there may also be times when the students are the givers and the teacher is the receiver . It must be understood that learning is not a one way process but a two way process . There should be interaction to further facilitate the lesson

In learning inside the classroom , there are many factors that are being taken into consideration so that the students will learn better . One of these considerations is the environment . It must be conducive for learning so that the students can concentrate and appreciate the lessons better . If they properly absorb what is being taught then they can apply these knowledge in their everyday life . However , if the environment is not conducive for learning , the tendency of students is to focus their mind on something else and not the lesson thus , their ability to grasp things correctly is affected
