Teachers play an important role in imparting information on students It is this reason why the faculty of the school must exert every effort to make teaching worthwhile and advantageous for the students . Teachers must do an excellent job of recognizing and rewarding teaching experience . Moreover , they need to be creative in delivering the course content . For this matter , excellent teacher should be hired and trained further

There must be relevant changes in the way teachers teach the course contents to the students . Class lectures have been so conventional that students tend to get bored easily . The trick is to get them involved in activities that will require them to participate and contemplate . A teacher should provide his class with lively discussions about s that his class can relate to and where each student can freely voice out his mind .
