It is worth noting that a key characteristic of increased commercialisation of services is that the level of competition also increase since services and products are developed with the aim of gaining profits . Organisations become more strategic and there is increased competition for gain of large market shares so as to increase the levels of control that industry players have on dynamics of the market (Kao 2007 .
