In recent times , the role of HRMS in business organizations becomes more crucial , following the increasingly intense atmosphere of competition within most modern industries . New strategies are formulated and new technologies and concepts are utilized to enhance the attractiveness of the organization for new employees . Moreover , I believe that the presence of technology and its development has become the most influencing factor in modern HRMS .
