The major question the documentary can suggest anyone is how capable enough the United States considered to be one of the greatest country of all time , provide a better healthcare system to their citizen and in which way , can these people afford to pay for their medical expenses This is inconsideration to the current state of the healthcare system of the country especially to particular states which are devoid from receiving enough attention from the government and how the federal bureau takes good care of the prisoners in the maximum detention cell p

Also , another question which could be raised is the affordability of prescription , as well as generic medicines available for the people of depress areas in the different states miles away from DC . It is to be observed that community hospitals in the city peg the prices of their medicines for sale for a very high price which are almost cannot be afforded by the people . But in other , less progressive communities , the price of the same medicine is priced almost 70 percent less than in the city hospitals

For me , the major protagonists in the story are the legislators and the pharmaceutical companies who are capable enough to do something for this particular problem .
