SUBJECT : New Security Measures , Effective Immediately

Due to the recent increase in crime in our vicinity , we have decided to take preventative measures to ensure the safety of our employees and our corporation

Effective Monday , CreativeCasting Corporation employees will begin using new identification badges to enter and leave the building every day The badges will be issued on Friday , March 12 . Your pictures will be taken and your cards processed on Friday . We will also

be adding a new alarm system that works hand in hand with the employee badges , and you may have noticed that there is a crew installing more lighting in and around our facility

The new system offers many safety features . These features include automatic notification if an employee enters or leaves the building in addition to an easier way to clock in and out . You will need to swipe your card to enter the building and once again when you are inside the building to clock in . You will be required to wear your badges on a lanyard or clip which is to be displayed at all times , proving that you are an employee of our company . When you leave the building , you will be clocking out , so you must remember to clock back in the next time you enter the building

attend a meeting to preview the new system on Thursday , March 8 This meeting will last from 3 to 4 pm in the HR office . You will be able to ask any questions that you wish at that time
