According to Council for Exceptional Children 2007 , special education administrators are required to establish education standards as well as objectives of special education programs in the line with the federal as well as state laws . Administrators are required to come up with policies and guideline directing special education teacher and the other supportive team in imprementing various set special education programs For the administrators to achieve various goals in there service provision they should come up with strategy to motivate special education teachers as well as the entire supporting staff . Effort to ensure the parents are integrated in the development of the children progress is very important as it will ensure quality teaching service is provided . This can be done though ensuring there are frequent reports on the children progress . It is the mandate of the administrators to ensure program in place are reviewed and evaluated regularly , piloting new ones as well as setting of long term programs . The administrators are a required to guide on the recruitment of the teaching staffs and others according to the needs in different special schools . This should ensure various staff motivation incentives are provided to ensure quality service is provided as well as averting labor turnovers in special education sector .
