I wrote the RD1PA Form in a long version which was more than 8000 words . After that , I reduced it to 2000 words to fit with the RD1PA official form . However , that only helped me with the literature chapter and I was able to cover in it the Oil curs theory historical as well as the oil curs and the under developed country . Furthermore , I went through the oil curs and the UAE , the comparison between UAE economic diversification aspects and the Singapore as a city state .I did this

I wrote the first draft of the Literature Review chapter in approximately 20 ,000 words

I wrote the first draft of the Methodology chapter in approximately 9000 words

The research plan has been met nicely so far with no big difficulties

There were some changes in the way I tackled the subject with the approval of the supervision team , and I looked into it as a natural progress of the subject and this is a sign of the good feedback of the supervisors

Since I did not carryout the field work , there is no emerging results so far
