A team leader should interact with everyone without looking up to any personal status and the approach of the team leader can always inject confidence in the team members with deferent qualities Tansey and Thompson (1998 :2 ) support this by stating `we

need to acknowledge people for the various

qualities they bring to their work . The young early childhood educators who are like-minded will create a team with a common goal and achieve it . The graduates of this institution will know how to respect another and move forwarded in a meaningful way . When one works collaboratively helping and understanding one another , the initiative to carryout task emerges . The team becomes innovative . They agree on one goal and share the responsibility . A team will always have much more innovative and fruitful ideas than one person has . The will most importantly appreciate each other 's enthusiasm and being in this institution has taught me to do that already . The collaborative approach toward any end is proved to be more interesting powerful and efficient . It gives all the appropriate support for the development as a professional . My view about the course is that it has given me an ability to look at things positively and respect every one 's contributions for a common purpose
