It is important for the management of an organisation to realise that organisations are social structures where human beings work . By accepting and understanding this fact we should also be able to appreciate the fact that the various activities that happen at home and other institutions that are not business oriented are prone to happen in the organisation as well . Such activities include gossiping , need for power , trying to get recognition from others
