of any organization As a customer service supervisor and operations analysts .When dealing with customers service in any organization a strong background of ethics are required . This is because dealing with calls for customers calls for building relationship with them must be truthful , honest . Values as articulated by most companies code of conduct , most importantly your integrity must be reflected by your relationship with the customer

As most commonly defined ethics can be said to be the set of rules that draw lines between what is acceptable and what is not not acceptable (David B Resnkid phd , ethics is what stop people from rape , stealing Murder or assault

As an operation analyst ethics applies in taking responsibility of all the action , Some of the following questions can help in determining whether you are conducting business ethically : Is this actional lawful will it affect anyone else ? will we be comfortable doing it ? is it in line with co-values of the company ? Will we be proud to tell other about the action

Ethics help an organization to build positive public opinion , concerning any industry whether profit or non profit making organization . It is important to make positive attributes about an organization than negative ones . Organization with good public image will make more profits than those with bad reputation . The organization I was working for as a customer service provider had high ethics which resulted in high profitability

At a personal level personal ethical behavior you will influence others to behave ethically thus creating an ethical culture within the organization

Personal ethics will help you have peace within yourself , no guilty conscious you are sure you did your best as customer care know I served my customer well , never received bribe form any of them . Which brought pride and satisfaction

As an operation analyst ethics applies in taking responsibility of all the action , was faced with many situations which would depend on my ethical standards , many clients wanted me to take bribes , to receive special treatment which I turned down the long terms effect is that I earned respect for my stand
