Another issue arises in Cardiff for Jazzy Tunes and this issue arises out of the employment of Maisy , a Polish migrant worker who was arrested under domestic immigration laws . Maisy 's position also depends on the EU 's position on the creation of a single market and whether or not she was lawfully detained will depend on the application of the EU 's treaty relating to the freedom of movement among Member States ' workers
The position taken by the UK authorities and both the Bulgarian and Romanian authorities in relation to the IPods distributed by Jazzy Tunes is a contravention of the spirit of free and open trade within the European Community . The European Community has set as its goal the facilitation of a free enterprise market while simultaneously protecting the consumer interest within the Member States .
