When drugs are taken they become a part of the blood stream eventually reaching different body parts including the brain (Hanson , 46-49 ) Drugs have an impact on the way we act and think and can heighten or lower the sensitivity to the surroundings , and have the ability to alter attentiveness and reduce physical pain Drugs can be both beneficial and harmful depending on the nature of the drug and the

quantity used . There are medical drugs that are used to reduce physical pain or cure diseases so these are good for the body but if they are overdosed upon then they harm the body . On the other hand , there are addictive drugs like heroin , marijuana that are now becoming increasingly popular in the teens and they are very dangerous . The use of drugs has a significant influence on the mental and physical ability of a person and changes behavior and actions
