Diversity is about differences in gender , skills , and ethnicity . For the company I am working , diversity is a business strategy which aims to benefit from individual differences rather than ignore them . Because I am working in a core group , we have only few employees and diversity is concerns on gender and ethnic diversity as well as diversities in skills

During the past years , ethnic and

cultural differences were usually not acceptable for fear that it will only create conflict and disharmony . In the context of the company I am working in , despite of limited employees , the companies adopts diversities instead of rejecting it to learn from them and reap the benefits of looking at the world through a number of different sets of eyes . Today , companies employ diversity as a business model on the premise that there is an inherent value in diversity for organization to survive and thrive
