The world is becoming more globalized , and as a result , the more each person can learn
about those unlike himself , the better able he will be to operate participate , and perform in his
endeavors . In addition , competitive arenas , like businesses , have learned that diversity is an

that maximizes the potential of all employees by valuing diversity interpersonally and
