Diversification in the workplace has always been important in every organization and group . Though at first it may be considered a hindrance in attaining objectives , by understanding and examining such facet , it can lead towards greater optimization of output among employees and legitimize avenues for harmonization and further cooperation Looking at the degree of racial and gender diversity within our organization , it can be seen that our division has been dynamic and consistently seeks to address the setbacks and conflicts associated with employees . One relevant facet of such initiative has been the

creation and adoption of policies that outlines fair and equal treatment among employees regardless of gender or racial background . It can be seen here that the company tries to prevent instances of discrimination and prejudice among members of the group
At the same time , one leader of a particular group in our department is an African American who has shown significant dedication and potential for the company . This image clearly shows that our organization does not practice any form of bias especially in such management positions . The foundation of parameters for selection comprises of important tenets that justify an environment that is administrative and professional in nature
Lastly , the ratio among females and males in the workplace seems to be equal in terms of number . This clearly shows the availability of the position depending on the qualifications and competencies of each employee .
