While this mission statement is complete in the sense that it allows the employees of the company to understand what is expected of them with regard to customers , it fails to explore other business relationships (with suppliers and other stake holders ) and hence is vague . Another aspect of this vagueness manifests itself through the fact that the mission statement does not tell the employees of the firm as to how they are supposed to accomplish their mission of servicing customers in the best manner possible , that is , there is no broad framework .
